Even though a great amount of care and effort has been taken to minimize support,  the abundance of media rich content and the state of the art technology that this site deploys may necessitate occasional support. Our knowledge base indicates that most problems arise due to the computer's failure to meet the following requirements:

• Must be on version 5.0 or higher for either Internet Explorer or Netscape,  version 6.0 or higher for AOL (we strongly recommend the most current versions).

• Screen resolution of at least 800x640 and preferably 1020x800 or higher.

• Must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher,  Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher, Flash, and a 56k modem or higher (preferably cable or dsl broadband).
